Trial Sewing!
* Check to be sure that sewing
machine is correctly threaded.
(If the machine is not correctly
threaded, it will not operate.)

Turn on power to
machine. Touch LCD
Welcome screen.
The first Utility Pattern

screen will appear.
Straight stitching with left
needle position will be auto-
matically selected.
Check presser foot is

installed correctly.
Standard presser foot (A)
Pull both the needle thread and
bobbin thread through and
under the presser foot and to
the back of the machine. Place
fabric under foot and lower

Presser Foot.

5 Begin sewing.

Adjust sewing speed.

Stop sewing.
For two hand sewing, use
Knee Lifter to raise and
lower the Presser Foot.
Important: make sure you
stop sewing before press-
ing lifter with your knee.
