will show you how to use the on-screen
menus.
You
will use the menus
to operate
many features,
s_,ch as setting
the
time, programming
to record,
m_d memorizing
channels.
Before you begin, you need to know:
• how to view the picture
coming from yore" VCR. (See page
20.)

Make sure you are viewing the picture
coming from your
VCR. Then, press the MENU
button
on the remote
control.
You will see the "VCR Main Menu." Make sare the cursor is
next to the words "First Time Set-Up."
If it :is not, use the
JOG/ADJUST
buttons
to place the cursor there.
Press ENTER.
The "First _Lme Set-Up" menu will appear.
The cursor
will be next to "Set the clock." l_'ess the ENTER
button.
