Forsubsequenl _Fups,usethegradeof engineoil specified on page
14.Toaddoil:
1. Remove thedipstickfromtheoil fill.,Pourfreshoil slowlythrough
theplug,Replace dipstick
2 Checkandmakesurethat thelevelof oil is up tothe FULLmarkon
thedipstick.

If yourhome'swiringsystemis nota three-wire grounded system,

6, Pushstarterbuttonto startengine.
7 Oncetheengine starts,release starterbutton
8. Asthe engine warms,slowlyrotate(left)thechokecontroltothe
OFFposition If the engine falters,quicklyrotatethechokecontrol
backto FLILL I.,#1 andthenslowlyintothe OFFposition again
9 Whendisconnecting t he extension cord,always unplug the endat
thethree-prong wall o utletbeforeunplugging the opposite endfrom
thesnowthrower,
Recoil Starter

5. Grasptherecoilstarterhandleandslowlypullthe ropeout Atthe
pointwhereit becomes slightlyharderto pullthe rope, s lowlyallow
the ropeto recoil,,
6 Pullthe starterhandlewith a firm,rapidstroke Do notrelease the
handleandallowitto snapback,Keepa firmhold on thestarter
handleandallowitto slowlyrecoil,,
