Screws Slowlyremovethe snow hood,makingsurethat the primerbulb hoseand ignitionwireremainconnected.See Figure15. Removeand inspectspark plug. Replacesparkplug if porcelainis crackedor if electrodesare pitted,burnedor fouledwith deposits. Checkelectrodegap with a feelergaugeand set gap to .030 (0.76ram)if necessary.See Figure16.

Holdingthe frictionwheelassembly,slidethe hex shaftoutof thefrictionwheelassemblyand the rightsideof the frame.The spaceron the left sideof the hex shaftwill falland the sprocket shouldremainhanginglosein the chain. Lift the frictionwheelassemblyout betweenthe axle shaftand thedrive shaftassemblies.
