Entree container, place on plate, cover with plastic wrap and vent.

Place on paper towel on a microwave safe plate. (3 - 5 ozs. each)
Dinner Plate Place on a low plate. 1 - 2 servings
Cover with vented plastic wrap.
Let stand 3 minutes.
Soup/Sauce Place in shallow microwavable casserole. 1 - 4 cups
Cover with vented plastic wrap.
After cooking, stir and let stand 3 minutes.
Casserole Cover dish containing the casserole 1 -/4 cups
with plastic wrap and vent.
