B. Any defect, malfunction,
or failure caused
by or resulting from improper service,
maintenance,
repair, use of DVD Cleaning
Disks, use of Video Cleaning Cassettes,

or from abuse, neglect, accident
or any other cause beyond the control of

C. Unpacking, set-up or installation,
adjustment
of customer

controls,
user instruction.
D. Any product with Serial Numbers altered or
removed.
E. New products purchased

States or its possessions.
