Preparing for Vacation

food and unplug file refrigerator. Move
tile refligerator conuol to the 0 (Off)position
and clean tile inmfior with a baking soda
solution of one tablespoon (15 ml) of
baking soda to one quart (1 limr) of wamr
Leave the doo,_ open.
Set file icemaker power switch to fl_e 0 (off)
position or move the feeler mm to the STOP
(up) position (depending on model) and
shut off the water supply to the refiigerator
If fl_e temperature can drop below fleezing,
have a qualified servicer drain tile water
supply system (on some models) to prment
serious property damage due to flooding.
Preparing to Move
Secure all loose items such as gTille,
sheh, es and drawe,s by taping fl_em
securely in place to prevent damage.
Besuretherefrigerator staysin an upright p osition
duringmoving
Replacingthe fight bulbs.
Setting either or both controls to 0 (off) does not remove power to the light circuit.
