Setting Display Language, Date And Time - Nikon COOLPIX P100 User Manual

Alanguage selection dialog isdisplayed the first time the camera is turned on.
1 Press thepower switch t oturn onthecamera.
• The p ower on lamp (green) will light for a moment and
the monitor will turn o n.
• Remove the lens cap.
2 Use t hemulti selector tochoose the
desired language and press the _)
button.
• For information on using the multi selector,
see "The Multi Selector"
([_12).
3 Choose Yes and press the _) button.
• If No is selected,the date and time will not be set.
4 Press the multi selector _ or i_ to select your
home time zone ([_[_]1S7), and press the _)
button.

[] Daylight SavingTime
If daylight saving time is in effect, press the multi selector • in the
time zone selection screen displayed in step 4 to turn on the daylight
saving time option.
When the daylight saving time option is enabled, @._is displayed at
the top of the monitor.
To turn offthe daylight saving time option, press V.
