The proofing feature maintains a warm environment useful for rising yeast-leavened products.
How to Set the Oven For Proof
NOTE: For best results, cover the doughwith a
cloth or with graased plastlc wrap (the plastic
may need to be anchoredunderneath the
container so the ovenfan will not blow it off).

To use this teature, select FEATURES, then
WARMER,then START.
To Crisp Stale Items
Place fl_od in lo_sided
dishes or pans.
For best results, place tile food items in
a single lave_: Do not stack.

uncovered.
Check
c_ispness after 20-30 minutes.
Add time as needed.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Food should be kepthotin its cooking
container o r transferred toa heat-safe
serving dish.
Formoistfoods,coverthemwith an oven-safe
lid oraluminum foil.
Friedor cnsp foods do not need to be covered,
but can becometoo dry if warmed for too long.
Repeatedopening of the door a//ows the hot
ak to escape and the food to cool
Allow extra t/Ynefor the temperatureinside the
oven to stabih2eafter adding items.
With large loads it may be necessaryto cover
some of the cooked food items.
Remove serving spoons, etc.,before placing
containers in theoven.
Do not use plastic containers, lids or p/astic
wrap.
CAUTION: Plasticcontainers, lids or p/astlc wrap
will melt if placed in the oven. Melted p/astlc may
not be removabfeand b not coveredunder your
warrant_
