Usingthe defrost feature.
The defrost feature allows you to thaw food for a set amount of time.
Cookware/Tips for Defrosting

You can use all cookware/containe_s that

Dishes with metallic trim should not
be used as arcing may occur. Remove metal
twist ties from paper or plastic bags before
placing them in the oven.

Plastic storage containers should be

Foods that spoil easily should not be
allowed to sit out fin" more than one hour
atter deti'osting. Room temperature
promotes the growth of hmmflfl bacteria.
Use caution when removing metal pans
and stoneware atter deti'osting. They may
become \'e_y waHn, and you may need to
use a potholde_:
For inore even deti'osfing, turn fi)od
ox'e_; separate and rearrange when
prompted. Be sure large meats are
completely defl'osted betore cooking.
