5.2 Using the Adjustment Program (TBD)

This section describes how to judge the adjustment patterns printed by the Adjustment
Program. For information on how to operate the Adjustment Program, see the
instructions displayed by the Adjustment Program.

5.2.1 TOP Margin Adjustment

The following pattern is printed.

How to Judge
Measure the length from the top edge of the paper to the printed line. Select a value
from the combobox according to the following standard.
Measurement result
3.7 to 5.1mm
2.3 to 3.7mm
0.9 to 2.3mm
ADJUSTMENT
Selection of adjustment value
Choose the "-" from a combobox.
Choose the "0" from a combobox.
Choose the "+" from a combobox.

5.2.2 First Dot Position Adjustment

The following pattern is printed.

How to judge
Measure the length from the left edge of the paper to the printed line. Select a value
from the combobox according to the following standard.

5.7 to 7.1mm
4.3 to 5.7mm
2.9 to 4.3mm
