To confirm that a problem is isolated to the Ethernet Network option, you may want to remove the

Ethernet Network option from the printer and diagnose the printer using the User's Manual that

came with your printer. If the condition persists, it can be assumed that the problem resides within

the printer and not necessarily the Ethernet Network option.
