NOTE:
The default service names based on the NIC's server name (PRQ_xxxxxx), with the x's being the
last six digits of the NIC's Ethernet address. The service names must be no more than 13 characters.
For LPR the default queue names of PRQ_TEXT, PRQ_BIN can be used.
