Defining Address Book Entries
Select the person you want to edit ➞ click [Edit].
The [Edit Person] dialog box opens.
Update the information if necessary.
Click [OK] to modify the selected person (single) entry.
Select the person (single) entry you want to delete from
[Address Book].
Click [Delete].
