Installing the Software
In the [Printers] folder, double-click the [Add Printer] icon to
start the Add Printer Wizard ➞ follow the instructions on the
screen to continue the installation.
When the port setting screen is displayed, select the USB
port.
Follow the instructions in the dialog box or message boxes to
complete the installation.
See steps 3 to 6 of "Using the Add Printer Wizard," on p. 2-20.
Connect the cable from the printer's USB port to the PC's USB
port, and then turn the printer ON.
Start Windows, and then insert the Fax Driver Software
CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.
The Add New Hardware Wizard starts.
In the first dialog box of the Add New Hardware Wizard, click
[Next].
