Defining Address Book Entries
Select the group you want to edit ➞ click [Edit].
The [Edit Group] dialog box opens.
Change the group name if necessary.
Edit the group.
● To add a person or a group to the selected group:

Select the person or group you want to add from [Available Recipients].
❑
Click [Add].
● To remove a member of the selected group:

Select the person or group you want to remove from [Current Group Members].
❑
Click [Delete].
NOTE
You can select multiple entries by holding down [SHIFT] or [CTRL] on the keyboard
and clicking each entry that you want to select.
Click [OK] to modify the selected group entry.
