To add a recipient from the Address Book

Display the Send FAX sheet.

Click the Select from Address Book
button to open the Select Recipient
from Address Book dialog box.

Select an entry in the Entries list box, and then click the Add to Recipient List button.

Click the OK button in the Select Recipient from Address Book dialog box.
The new recipient is displayed in the Recipient List list box in the Send FAX sheet.
