To edit an Individual

Display the Address Book sheet, and
then click the Individuals check box to
display all the individuals in the Entries
list box.

Select an individual to edit, and then
click the Edit button to open the Edit
Individual dialog box.

Update the necessary information.

Click the OK button to modify the selected individual entry.

To delete an Individual

Select the entry you want to delete in the Entries list box, and then click the Delete
button.
