This fixture is intended for installation in accordance with the National Electrical Code and local regulations.
To assure full compliance with local codes and regulations, check with your local electrical inspector before
Installation. To prevent electrical shock, turn off electricity at fuse box before proceeding.
Retain these instructions for maintenance reference. ~
The sloped ceiling adapter is made to be used

with 8600 Series Power Jacks on ceilings from 0°
to 900 (vertical).

1.
Select the
canopy (A) that comes with
your
Power Jack which has the large opening and
snap it on the Power Jack.
2. Insert the plug end of the adapter (B) into the
Power Jack.
3.
Thread bushing (C) into the Power Jack.
4. Loosen knob (D) and set the lower half of the
adapter to a vertical position and tighten knob
(D) and bushing (C). NOTE: Hand tighten knob

The sloped ceiling adapter is now ready for insertion of Focal Jacks or Extender Stems.
WARNING:
When installed, Focal Jack must not contact building surface. Do not
install Focal Jack closer than 12 inches from any curtain, or similar combustible material.
