DVD Player / STB Selection

You can use this remote control to operate DVD Player and Set Top Box of Hitachi or other manufacturers as well as
this set.
Set Up
Example: Hitachi DVD
1. Set up the manufacturer.
Hold down button and press
2. Set up the manufacturer type.
Release the button whilst keeping
3. Confi rm the setting.
After setting the manufacturer and type, press the Sub Power button on the remote
control.
If the DVD does not switch On, repeat step 1 and 2 using other manufacturer types as
listed.

• Please note that not all models of the listed manufacturers can be operated using this remote control.
• When you replace remote control batteries, the settings may be changed. In that case, set up the manufacturer and

Operation Procedure
When you use the remote control for DVD player or Set Top Box of Hitachi
or other manufacturers, press
Top Box.
You can use the buttons highlighted in the fi gure on the right. The
button blinks in red once after you press any usable button on the remote
control for DVD player or Set Top Box.

The remote control buttons may not be available depending on equipment.
