Cause Paper is jammed inside the printer
Solution Remove the jammed paper and set the paper
cassette and covers to the original position. If the
printer is not online, press [

- "Clearing Paper Jams (Output Area, Right
Cover Area, Duplex Unit Area, or Cassette 1/2/
3/4 Area)" (See p. 95)
- "Clearing Paper Jams (Cassette 2/3 Cover
Area)" (See p. 100)
IMPORTANT
If paper jams occur in the multiple areas
simultaneously
The paper jam areas are displayed alternately in
the display.
If you have removed the jammed paper
without opening any cover
Be sure to open and close the right cover once,
and then press [
