Always Vibrate
Alert Notification
Set your phone to alert you with an audible tone when you change
service areas, once a minute during a voice call, or when a call
has been connected.
1.
Press > Settings/Tools > Settings > Sounds > Alerts .
Select Beep Each Minute , Out of Service , Connect , or 
2.
Signal Fade/Call Drop .
3.
Select On or Off .
Selecting Alert Options for Messages
You can select a repeat status and ringtone length for messages.
1.
Press > Settings/Tools > Settings > Sounds > Alerts >
Messaging .
2.
Select Text Message , Media Mail , Voicemail , or Email .
3.
Select Repeat or Ringtone Length .
4. Highlight a setting and press .
Silence All
The Silence All option allows you to mute all sounds.
To activate Silence All:
Press and hold the volume button down in standby mode.
(The screen will display "Silence All.")
To deactivate Silence All:
Press the volume button up repeatedly to select a volume
level.

Display Settings

Changing the Backlight Time Length
Select how long the display screen and keyboard remain backlit
after any keypress is made.
To change the screen backlight setting:
1. Press > Settings/Tools > Settings > Display > Main Screen >
Backlight .

Select Dim Only , Always On , or a preset length of time.
