To adjust Earpiece or Speaker volume:
1.
Select MENU/OK > Settings > Sounds > Volume > Receiver.
2.
Select Earpiece or Speaker.
3.
Using your navigation key, select your desired volume level and press MENU/OK.
Tip: You can adjust the ringer volume in standby mode by using the Side Up/Down key, and
adjust earpiece volume during a call by using the navigation key up or down.
Tip: When ringer volume is set to Silence All, voice prompts cannot be heard.

Alert Notification

Your phone comes with several different options to keep you aware of what's going on by
sounding the alert or ringer.
Service sets alert On or Off for network services parameter changes.
Voicemail sets alert to notify you of caller's messages.
Messaging sets alert to notify you of text messages.
Minute Beep sets a minute reminder that beeps ten seconds before the end of each
minute during a call.
Signal Fade sets alert to notify you when your phone loses a signal during a call.
To set the alerts:
1.
Select MENU/OK > Settings > Sounds > Alerts.
2.
Select your desired option and press MENU/OK.
Tip: Repeat Alert sounds every two minutes for twenty minutes.

Silence All

There may be times when you need to silence your phone entirely. The phone's Silence All
option allows you to mute all sounds without turning your phone off:
To activate Silence All:
> With the phone open, press and hold the Up/Down key down in standby mode. (The screen
will display "Silence All.")
To deactivate Silence All:
> Press the Side Up/Down key up repeatedly to select a desired volume level

Display Settings

Changing the Text Greeting

The text greeting can be up to 15 characters and is displayed on your phone's screen in
standby mode. You may choose to display a custom greeting or default greeting.
To display or change your custom greeting:
1. Select MENU/OK > Settings > Display > Greeting > Custom.
2. Enter a custom greeting using your keypad and press MENU/OK.
