NEW ADDRESS (right softkey) to enter a recipient's phone
number or email address directly. Press CONTINUE (left
softkey) to proceed.

Compose a message.
Press OPTIONS (right softkey) to select additional options.
4.
Review your message and press SEND (left softkey).

Viewing Text Messages

When you receive a text message, it will be displayed
automatically on your phone's screen. Use your navigation
key to scroll down and view the entire message.
Tip
If you have two or more notifications, the Missed Alerts list will
appear. Highlight a message in the list and press
softkey) to view the message.
To reply to a text message:
1.
While the message is open, press REPLY (left softkey).
2.
Compose a reply and press SEND (left softkey).

Threaded Messaging

Threaded messaging lets you follow a chain of text messages to
and from a particular contact.
To display the thread list:
From standby mode, press MESSAGING (left softkey) > 
Text Messages .
You will see a thread list. Each thread has an entry's name (if
saved in Contacts), a phone number, or an email address. You will
also see the number of unread messages, if any, for each thread.
When you highlight a thread, you will see the first few words of
the most recent message in that thread.
