A DSS button has a red light beside it that provides the
following information. Be sure the Message Status light is off
when checking this information.

All lines in the pool are busy.
This line is in use.
These features are in use.
This person calling you.
IS
A call you transferred to this extension
is returning to you.
A call is ringing on this line.
