from the disk rotate it 90 degrees out of the hole "L",

Multifunction selections
With this oven is possible to do traditional cooking, fan assisted cooking
and grill cooking; all the types of cooking have to be done with the oven
door closed.
Oven lamp
When you turn the control knob to this position
be on for all the following operations. During the oven operation the light
will be on.
Traditional cooking
The heat comes from the upper and lower element, so it is better to use
the centre shelf position. If you require more heat move the shelf up or
down for less.
This kind of cooking is particularly good when cooking in closed dishes
or similar.
Fan oven
Both the fan and the circular heating element operate together.
The hot air is evenly distributed inside the oven. This is ideal for cooking
several types of food (meat, fish etc) at the same time without affecting
taste and smell.
This kind of cooking is used also to sterilize preserves, and to dry fruit
or mushrooms.
At the opening of the oven door a safety system switchs off the fan and
the resistance, allowing to check the food
It is ideal for grilling and gratinating small quantities of traditional food.
The thermostat knob must be placed on the maximum position.
Total grill
It is ideal for grilling and gratinating traditional food.
Set the thermostat control knob to the 200 C position.
Fan assisted total grill
The air which is heated by the grill element is circulated by the fan which
distributes the heat on the food.
The fan assisted grill function can replace the need to use the rotisserie.
You can obtain very good results also with large quantities of poultry,
sausage, red meat. Set the thermostat control knob to the 200 C position.
Air forced lower heating element
The air which is heated by the lower heating element is circulated by the
fan which distributes the heat on the food. This function can be used
between 60 and MAX C

WARNING
The temperature indicated on the around the control knob refers to the
temperature in the middle of the oven.
Thermostat indicator light
Will go off when the selected temperature is reached and it comes on
again when the temperature in the oven requires to be raised.
MINUTE COUNTERS (Fig.5 )
Turn the knob clockwise to set the desired cooking time.
The minutes minder can be adjusted from 1 to 60 minutes.
An audible signal will inform you when the selected time is completed.

It is a timer that allows timed delayed cooking.

MANUAL USE

The oven can be used also in manual mode, without the programmer; in
this case is enough turn the programmer knob in manual position

Setting

To set, press and release the desired function, and within 5 seconds set
the time with + and - buttons.

The + and - buttons increase or decrease the time at a speed depending
on how long the button is pressed.
Setting the time
Press any two buttons (cooking time, end time, minutes counter) at the
same time, and + or - button to set the desired time. This deletes any
previously set programme and the 'AUTO' symbol flashes.
After placing the food in the oven, turn the selector knob(Fig.1) and the
thermostat knob(Fig.2) on the selected position, then set one of these
following planning. The end of the cooking will be indicated by the automatic
switching off of the oven.
Automatic use
Press the cooking time or end time button to switch automatically from
the manual to the automatic function.
