11. A window pops up with the desktop screen of the selected client.
12. Now you can remotely monitor and control the client to assist the client user.
NOTE
• The user of the client could also control the system with the local keyboard and
mouse.
3.4.26 Digging Out Profiles, Clients, or Event Logs with Quick Search
At the bottom of each Profile, Client, or Log list, you can access Quick Search to help you dig out the profiles, clients,
or event logs.
NOTE
• Event logs will be introduced on section "3.5.1 Logs Tab Overview" on page 89.
• You can also use filters to find out the desired clients within the managed clients.
