Creating Custom Signature Libraries

Copying Existing Signatures Into a Custom Library

After you create your custom library, whether you have created an empty library or created one
based on existing libraries and signatures, you can copy signatures from other libraries into your
custom library.
To copy signatures from another library into your custom library:
1.
Click the Network Policy View icon, then click the Signature Libraries tab and expand the
Master Libraries and/or Custom Libraries lists.

Select the library containing the signature or signatures that you want to copy. The signatures
in the selected library are displayed in the right-hand panel. For example, the following figure
shows the LEGACY Master Library selected.

By default, all signatures in the selected library are shown. If you wish to reduce the number
of signatures shown, select Filter Signatures and set the Filter Settings. Refer to
Signature Filter
