Three Year On-Site Limited Hardware Warranty

Hewlett-Packard (HP) warrants this hardware product against defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of three years from receipt by the original end-user
purchaser.
If HP receives notice of such defects during the warranty period, HP will either, at
its option, repair or replace products that prove to be defective. Some newly-
manufactured products may contain remanufactured parts equivalent to new in
performance. Service parts are new or equivalent to new.
Should HP be unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable amount
of time, the customer's alternate exclusive remedy shall be a refund of the
purchase price upon return of the product.
Limitation of Warranty
The above warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from misuse (including
burned monitor screens and incorrect input voltage); unauthorized modification;
operation or storage outside the environmental specifications for the product; in-
transit damage; improper maintenance; or defects resulting from use of non-HP
software, accessories, media, supplies, consumables, or such items not designed
for use with the product.
HP makes no other express warranty, whether written or oral, with respect
to this product. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness is limited
to the one-year duration of this written warranty. Some states or provinces
do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights that vary from state to state, or province to province.
