Interpretation
Port is 80 for HTTP servers. Care should be
taken when choosing an alternate port.
Default Interpretation
1 If set to 1, reject all incoming calls with
the reason "busy" if do-not-disturb is
enabled.
If set to 1, calls will be allowed when the
phone is not successfully registered, other-
wise, calls will not be permitted without a
valid registration.
