Specifies whether to enable cancelation before registration when, for
example, the unit is turned on.

SIP function shuts down when, for example, the configuration has
changed.

If set to "Y", registration cancelation is enabled.
If set to "N", registration cancelation is disabled even when the
SIP stack is shutting down.
