13. [tos] command

This command is for setting IP packet TOS values to determine IP Packets priority on network.
1. -print : display current TOS values configurations.
2. -sigtype : configure TOS type of signaling packets from 0 to 7
3. -rtptype : configure TOS type of RTP packets from 0 to 7
4. -rtcptype : configure TOS type of RTCP packets from 0 to 7
5. -sigdelay : configure signaling packets as normal delay or low delay
6. -rtpdelay : configure RTP packets as normal delay or low delay
7. -rtcpdelay : configure RTCP packets as normal delay or low delay
8. -sigthruput : configure signaling packets as normal throughput or high throughput
9. -rtpthruput : configure RTP packets as normal throughput or high throughput
10. -rtcpthruput : configure RTCP packets as normal throughput or high throughput
11. -sigreliab : configure signaling packets as normal reliability or high reliability
12. -rtpreliab : configure RTP packets as normal reliability or high reliability
13. -rtcpreliab : configure RTCP packets as normal reliability or high reliability
Note: This command won't be functional until network environment can be
capable with TOS function.
