START OF SESSION/PROGRAMME SELECTION
a / Make sure that the two buttons for the Dark Blue
(channel A) and Light Blue (channel B) channels are
at minimum (safe position for starting up the
appliance).
Move switch to "I".
b / CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAMME:
All you have to do is press on the "programme
selection" button placed under the screen, and the
programmes will scroll:
FEEL-GOOD / WARM-UP MASSAGE
20 Min for warming up your muscles befo-
re sport, or relaxing after an effort.
FIRM-UP STIMULATION
This 40 min programme offers the possibili-
ty of effectively firming up your body after
a period of inactivity, and maintaining your
body's tonus.
TARGETED BODY ACTION
Harmonises your silhouette. This 20 min
programme is ideal for specifically working
on an area of your body that you particu-
larly want to improve.
MUSCULAR FATIGUE: relieves, relaxes

c / ADJUSTING INTENSITY:
Gently turn the dark blue button for channel A from left
to right, you will begin to feel contractions, increase
power as necessary. The contractions must be firm but
never painful.
Proceed in the same way for the light blue power-on but-
ton for channel B.
If you feel an unpleasant sensation around the électro-
des: bring the power-on buttons back to minimum, move
the electrode(s) and gradually increase the power. Once
the adjustments have been optimised in this way, leave
your appliance to work for the full duration of the pro-
gramme.
With the "tri-electrode" system, it is possible that the sen-
sation obtained will not be the same across the 3 elec-
trodes. You may have a sensation from only one electro-
de. In this case, move the electrode attached to the grey
connector so as to find the best possible contraction with
the minimum sensation. The quality of the contraction
remains the same.
Recommendations
:
- The electrodes and related equipment are
environment-friendly and can be placed in
household waste bins for normal disposal.
- The used batteries should be disposed of in
existing collecting systems or special conteners.
"PERFORMANCE CONTROL" FUNCTION
EVOLUTION has a performance index
which allows you to assess your results.
Taking into account the real duration and the level
of power selected,
SPORT-ELEC « Evolution » displays a figure which
will calculate the level of effectiveness for your ses-
sion. This figure appears on the bar-graph shown at
the bottom of the screen, at the end of the session.
Example: The bar-graph displays 6. The following
table helps you to assess the level of effectiveness
and performance corresponding to this figure.

7° Once the programme has ended, return the power-on
buttons to minimum and move the switch back to the
"0" position. Gently disconnect and remove the elec-
trodes, moisten them slightly with a few drops of
water and put them carefully back on their holder.
Electrodes are stored in their original packaging in a
cool place (vegetable compartment of a fridge).

USER TIPS
- It is possible to restart the cycle of one of the programmes on another
muscular zone without however exceeding the 40 min of use on the
same part of the body.
If you wish to stop a programme in progress, all you have to do is put
the 2 buttons back to "o" and repeat the procedure for starting up the
appliance. Then select a new programme and repeat the procedure
for starting up the appliance.
- For optimal use, take inspiration from the diagrams reproduced in
this brochure.
- The case and wires of SPORT ELEC may be cleaned with a blotter
moistened with a disinfectant solution (such as Mercryl) diluted x 10
with water)
- Parts in contact, such as electrodes, may be rehydrated before and
after use with a disinfecting agent (e.g. Héxomedine)
- The electrodes must be repositioned on their holder and stored in a
cool place between +5°C and +10°C.
- If not using SPORT ELEC for any length of time, please remove bat-
teries from case.
The 6 electrodes have a life of approximately 40 applications, don't
hesitate to order them from us directly at the company's head office.

Specific features of the
SPORT-ELEC EVOLUTION Body&Face
Thanks to its face electrodes + serum and gel,
SPORT ELEC Evolution Body & Face makes it pos-
sible to use the "Face Toning" programme. The aim
is to maintain the firmness of the oval of your face,
attenuate the effects of tiredness, by working on the
areas around your eyes and forehead, to tauten the
lower face by preventing the "cheek-pouch" effect.
This programme offers a full face treatment which is
hydrating, revitalising and tonic.
SPORT ELEC EVOLUTION Body&Face is the only
apparatus to offer the combination of electrical +
cosmetic stimulation of muscles thanks to its paten-
ted system of electrodes.
USING THE FACE PROGRAMME
Impregnate the face electrodes with a dozen drops
of SERUM and then remove the electrodes from
their plastic holder. (see diagrams p 7-a).)
Slide the wires of the face electrodes into the hook and
fix it to the edge of a garment.
Place the electrodes (see photos M,N p7) on your face
on previously washed and dried skin, plug your face
electrodes into the connector provided for that purpo-
se (see photos c) p7)
Select the FACE TONING programme, gently increa-
se the power of each channel (repeat the same pro-
cedure for use detailed on page 16), leave it to act.
You can work both sides of your face at the same time
(2 electrodes on one side, 2 electrodes on the other).
USER TIPS : «FACE TONING»

power as necessary. The contractions must be firm
but never painful. Proceed in the same way for the
light blue power-on button for channel B.

TIC PRODUCT THAN THAT SPECIFIED FOR FACE
ELECTRODES.
COMPOSITION OF ACTIVE INGREDIENTS IN

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
- Tensor action: wheat proteins. Smoothes the ski-
n's micro-relief, helps to procure the effect of
"healthy glow".
- Moisturising action: Sodium PCA. Helps to main-
tain the hydration of the outer layers of the epi-
dermis.
- Revitalising action: Seaweed extracts. Rich in
mineral salts and trace elements.
- Tonic action: yeast extracts.
SPORT-ELEC EVOLUTION GEL:
applied once the session has finished, has an
immediate tensor action, and vitamin-producing
action, gives you back a truly radiant skin.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
- Immediate tensor action: Wheat proteins.
Smoothes the facial features and immediately res-
tores radiance to your face.
- Vitamin-producing action: Fruity lemon-orange
complex. Rich in vitamin C.
The face electrodes must be plugged into the face
connector provided for that purpose.
For best results, we recommend one 40 minute ses-
sion every day for 4 weeks. Enough of each of the
products is supplied for 30 treatment sessions. Of
course, the machine can be used for more than one
30-day course with the Evolution Recharge Kit wich
contains 2 electrodes, 1 bottle of Serum and 1 bott-
