SPORT-ELEC « Evolution » is a passive gymnastic apparatus using electrical stimulation through the "contraction-
release" effect on muscles that you want to work. Our bodies contain more than 600 muscles. The shape and harmo-

SPORT-ELEC « Evolution » is a registered design. It is presented in the form of a case in shiny ABS.
Two groups of 3 wires (2 dark blue +1 grey, 2 light blue + 1 grey) 80 cm in length connect the SPORT-ELEC « Evolution
»appliance to the body electrodes (50mm in diameter).

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
* Do not use body electrodes on the face
* Do not leave within the reach of children
* Ask for advice from your doctor :
- In case of electronic or metal implants in general
(pins, etc..)
- In case of dermatitis (wounds, etc..)
* The appliance is not recommended for therapeutic use
(seek advice from your doctor).

USING THE SPORT-ELEC EVOLUTION for the body
Check that the switch for the SPORT-ELEC

« Evolution » is on "0" and that the power-on
buttons are at minimum (pushed to the left).
Open the "battery" compartment and insert 2
9 V batteries into the compartment and then
close the case. Comply with + and - indications.

Battery life: 1 month if used for 20 mn/day. If not
used for long periods, remove batteries from case.
Take the 6 electrodes and carefully remove the

holder which protects each of them, moisten
them one by one, spreading a few drops of
water on the adhesive gel with the tips of your
fingers and wait for 2 minutes.

The electrodes must be placed symmetrically, for

example: on the stomach - to the left, 2 dark blue
and 1 grey connections, to the right, 2 light blue
and 1 grey connections. Place the electrodes on
previously washed and dried skin, always
respecting a "triangular" arrangement.

WARNING
Do not use your SPORT-ELEC « Evolution » in
a damp atmosphere (bathroom, sauna) or close
to an electrical appliance connected to the
mains and the ground, or even piping connec-
ted to the ground. A patient's simultaneous
connection to high-frequency surgical equip-
ment may cause burns at the contact points of
the stimulator's electrodes and the stimulator
may possible be damaged. Operation in the
immediate vicinity of a short-wave therapy
apparatus may cause instabilities in the power
output from the stimulator.

Attach the SPORT-ELEC « Evolution » to the

edge of an item of clothing or underwear with its
clip.
Take the wire guide and bring it up to the plugs

so as to separate the dark blue + grey group
from the light blue + grey group. Connect the
electrodes to the appliance as shown in the fol-
lowing pages.
