At the cursor, enter 1 Configure the Private Interface if you want to change the private interface
IP address or subnet mask. If you do not want to change the private interface address, accept the
default, 2, to continue with quick configuration. We assume that you enter 1.

The system prompts you to enter an IP address.

3002 private interface, using dotted decimal notation; for example, 192.168.12.34. Be sure no other
device is using this address on the network.
The system prompts you for the private interface subnet mask. The entry in brackets is the standard

subnet mask for the IP address you entered above. For example, an IP address of 192.168.12.34 is a
Class C address, and the standard subnet mask is 255.255.255.0.
