Voice Annotations
Many cameras allow to store a short voice
annotation together with the photos. These
voice annotations are stored as WAV files and
have the same file name as the photo.
When copying content from memory cards
or a camera, the pictures will be stored in
a separate Photo Album. Files with a .WAV
extension and the same file name as any of the
photos will also be stored in the Photo album.
In this way voice annotation files stay grouped
with the original pictures and xyz.JPG and xyz.
WAV remain in the same directory.
When viewing pictures in Full Picture, Thumbs
or List View there will be an additional WAV-
option displayed when the current picture has
an annotation file associated with it. To play
the voice annotation, press softkey 5, "More"
in the picture viewing mode. Then an option
called "Wav" will appear on softkey 3. Press it
to actually play the sound file.
