Verifying the Computer Installation

1. Once the computer is connected to the Services Router or phone, make sure it has
Internet access by opening a Web browser and verifying that you can connect to
external Web sites.
2. If you cannot connect to the Internet, open the Network Connections window for your
computer operating system and verify that only one LAN connection is enabled. If there
are multiple LAN connections, disable all but one.
3. If you are using the default DHCP settings for the Services Router, make sure each PC is
set to obtain an IP address (or TCP/IP) address automatically. For details, see the
documentation for your computer operating system.
