Field Description
Status Indicates the current device state. Shows "Done" when the device has
completed booting and is ready to process calls
versionBoot The current boot load running on the device
versionCP The current call processing version running on the device

Viewing Customer Information

Click the Customer Information tab in the Customer Support interface to view the following
information about the customer:
Brand Shows the logo that displays on the phones
at the customer's site
Customer Info Shows the customer name, address,
handshake ID, and customer number. For
security purposes, the customer password is
not shown
SVR3000 Info Shows the MAC address, IP address, date
the SVR3000 was last started, and the CPE
software version currently running on the
Services Router
