6. On the SVR3000 tab click "Restore System from SN Backup"
7. Enter the handshake password in the password box and click Go. This opens the Restore
System From SN Backup page.
8. In the list of database backup versions, select the database version that you would like to
install on the new Services Router. The database includes all settings configured through
the CPE Administration Editor.
9. Click to immediately install the selected backup version on the new Services
Router. Your system will reset which may affect your applications and services.

Using the Customer Support Interface

In addition to the web-based CPE Administration Editor, the Services Router includes a web-
based Customer Support interface that allows you to manage and view status about the
devices on your Linksys One network.

Accessing the Customer Support Interface

1. Open a browser window and type:
https://192.168.100.1/support.html
2. Type the password and press Go.
NOTE: The password is
support<handshake password>. For
example, support123456.
