In ‘Full Serve Mode’ select the cleaning icon from the home page. In all other modes select the power button to disable heating and start the cooling cycle.

Cool down the oven Cool Down • Fill a cool down pan with ice and place in the oven and/or • leave the door slightly or fully open Note: This may just indicate a door open close down process, if ice cool down is disabled in settings.

Cooling Down Cool down to 50°C Actual 275°C The cool down timing progress is displayed and takes approximately 20 mins.

Clean the cold oven Clean The Cavity • Remove the cool down pan and cook plate from the oven. Cook plate may be hot. Use heat-proof gloves.

Clean The Cavity • Spray your approved oven cleaner onto a sponge. • Wipe sides, back, base and oven door. Avoid door seals and roof of cavity. Do not spray directly into the cavity.

Clean The Cavity • Wait for 5-10 minutes for the cleaner to work. • Clean the cook plate in warm soapy water • Dry with a clean cloth.

Clean Air Filter • Open air filter cover and lift off magnetic air filter • Wash filter in warm soapy water • Dry with a clean, dry cloth This screen will not change until this action is complete Note: This screen will not allow progress until the air filter has been removed and replaced.
