    1. Remove the travelling sizing table.
    2. Raise the saw blade fully.

    4. Loosen screws on the chip case cover. Lift the chip case cover slightly and swing it over the screws.
    5. To block the saw blade, insert the lock bar into the hole in the saw table and turn the saw blade by hand until the lock bar engages in the saw spindle hole.
    6. Loosen the saw blade spindle arbor nut with a spanner (it has a L.H. thread!).
    7. Take the outer blade collar and saw blade off the saw spindle.
    8. Clean the clamping surfaces of the saw spindle and saw blade.
    9. Put on a fresh saw blade, ensuring to observe the direction of rotation. The saw spindle's driving pin must fit into one of the saw blade's two pin holes. 1
    10. Slide the outer blade collar onto the saw spindle. The saw spindle's driving pin must fit into the pin hole of the outer blade collar. 1
    11. Screw the arbor nut, with the low side facing the blade, onto the saw spindle (L.H. thread!). Tighten fingertight only with the tool supplied. 1
    12. Slide the chip case cover back into the closed position and tighten the screws. 1
    13. Reinstall the travelling sizing table.

    Always wear gloves when changing blades to avoid injury from the saw blade's teeth.
