When the Detail button is clicked the MotionDetection Setting window
is displayed as shown below.
Set the motion detection parameters in this window.
Each parameter is set to the luminance value per area (8 x 8 = 64-pixel
array) as a target value.
Set the intervals for updating the reference image.
When "0" is set, the reference image will be updated automatically after
the motion has not been detected for a certain period of time.
Check to set the
area outside the set
area as the motion
detection area.

Sets the motion detection threshold values.
Y Threshold
:Threshold of the difference in luminance with
respect to the reference image.
%
:Threshold of the percentage of pixels
exceeding the Y threshold among the 64
pixels in an array. When this is set to "50",
50% of the 64 pixels (32 pixels) becomes
the actual threshold value.
Noise Filter
:Threshold of the average luminance level
with respect to the reference image.
Increasing this value helps to reduce
erroneous motion detection due to noise, etc.
Motion detection is identified
when a motion lasts for a
longer period than the period
specified here.
Click to display a reference
image.
Click to force the reference
image to be updated.
