You cannot use Music Transfer Hard Disk Player
Edition.
• Does the hard disk drive of your computer have enough free space?
t Erase unnecessary files to increase free space.
• Did you log on to your computer properly?
t To use this software, you have to log on as an administrator. Consult your computer
administrator or try logging on again as an administrator.
• Did you change the user's account while the software is running?
t Restart your computer with the name you used when starting up Music Transfer Hard
Disk Player Edition and shut down the program.
• Does the player's hard disk drive have enough free space?
t Delete unnecessary files to increase free space (page 15).
• Check if the number of files you are sending to the player exceeds the maximum
number set for the player.
t You can send up to 1,000 files to the player.
You cannot perform the safe removal procedure
to disconnect the player from the computer.
• Quit Windows Explorer and other software currently running.
t If the files in the player are being used or open by Windows Explorer, etc., it may not be
possible to disconnect the player from the computer.
• Repeat the "Safely Remove Hardware" operation for several times.
t If it is still impossible to disconnect the player, quit Windows, and then disconnect the
player.
Notes on system suspend/hibernation mode
• If the computer changes to system suspend/hibernation mode while sending files to
the player, the audio data may be lost or the computer may not wake up properly.
The computer suspend/hibernation function should therefore be turned off.
• If you disconnect the player while the computer is in system suspend/hibernation
mode, the data may be lost after the computer wakes up.
• If the computer changes to system suspend/hibernation mode, the computer may not
recognize the player when it wakes up. If this happens disconnect the player and
reconnect it again.
