If the grill is damaged during transport, do not assemble the grill before contacting your dealer or support@fccproducts.no. Transport damage to parts, varnish or paint must be reported to the dealer or FCC Products before mounting and using the grill. If damage is reported after, there is a possibility that damage may have occurred during assembly. -

ASSEMBLY Place a piece of cardboard on the floor (e.g the outer carton) to prevent scratching the unit and parts during assembly. STEP 1 Assemble the handles using 2 pcs of screw E, as shown. This step is the same for all 3 handles. M5x16 STEP 2 Mount the handle for the lid with 2 pcs of screw A, set. - Page 11 ASSEMBLY STEP 4 Mount the charcoal grate support (part 6) to part 7 and 9 using 2 pcs of screw A combo. Mount all 3 parts in the same way. Do not tighten! M6x12 M6x30 STEP 5 Insert the bottom shelf (part 11) into the front leg and into the holes in the other two legs. Mount the air vent (part 10) to the fire bowl using 1 pc of screw A set.

- Page 13 ASSEMBLY STEP 7 Place part 13 into the slots in the leg mountings. STEP 8 Insert part 14 into part 15 by slightly pushing part 14 together. Align the ends of part 14 with the holes in part 15 (the ashtray), then insert the handle into the groove along the edge.

LIGHTING METHODS DURING LIGHTING Always have the lid off or open during lighting. Never close the lid before the flames from the charcoal have died down, to avoid damaging the lid surface. NB: Only use the lid to suppress flames if the flames are getting out of control. Painted surfaces can be damaged by extreme heat. -
