    WARNINGS! ● Accessible parts of the barbecue become very hot during use. Keep children and others who need supervision at a safe distance. ● The barbecue is intended for outdoor use only in well-ventilated areas. ● Leak tests (see page 23) must always be carried out before the barbecue is used and when replacing the gas cylinder.

    If the barbecue is damaged during transport, do not assemble the barbecue before contacting your dealer or support@fccproducts.no. Transport damage to parts, varnish or enamel must be reported to the dealer or FCC Products before mounting and using the barbecue. If damage is reported after, there is a possibility that damage may have occurred during assembly.

    ASSEMBLY Place a piece of cardboard (e.g the grill carton) on the floor to prevent scratching the unit and parts during assembly. Turn the bottom plate (16) upside down and press/push on the wheels (19). Mount the right and left side panels (13 & 17) with the pre-installed screws in the bottom panel (17).
  • Page 11 ASSEMBLY Attach the rear low panel (12) to the low side panels and bottom panel using the 4 pcs screws A. Attach the cart triangular support brackets (19) with the pre-installed screws to the bottom panel and lower side panels. 1 Loosen the pre-installed screws and slide the slots on the brackets onto the screws.
  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY Attach the cart beam (12) to the top of the legs with 4x screw C. 1 Loosen the pre-assembled screws under the firebox (9). 2 Lift the grill body and place it on the base. NOTE! Two persons is recommended when fitting the barbecue top on the cart. 3 Insert all the screws into the firebox before tightening them.

  • Page 15 ASSEMBLY 1 Loosen the pre-assembled screws on the left side of the firebox. 2 Align the side table to the screws and slide the sideburner assembly (22) on to the screws. 3 Then thighten the screws. 4 Secure the shelf from the inside of the firebox with 3x screws A and 3x washers E.

  • Page 17 ASSEMBLY 1 The gas connection bracket and hose is attached behind the control panel with a cable tie. Cut the cable tie carefully with a scissor. 2 Fix the bracket with gas intake to the side panel using 1x screw A. 3 Secure the hose by tightening the nut on the bracket.
  • Page 18 ASSEMBLY Mount the handles (15) using 4x bushings B and 4x screws F To install the doors, put a door pin G into the hole in the bottom plate and align the hole under the door with the pin. The door pin at the top is spring loaded. Push it in and line up the hole on top of the door so the pin snaps into the hole.
  • Page 19 ASSEMBLY The doors on this grill can be adjusted if necessary. The door latch at the top is mounted on an adjustable bracket for each door, which is that is secured with a screw. 1 Loosen the screw holding the bracket. 2 Adjust the bracket with door hinge in the desired direction.
  • Page 20 ASSEMBLY 1 Make sure to place the RBS flame tamers in the correct orientation. The small grooves shown in the drawing should be positioned closest to the control panel/front. 2 Insert the cast iron grills. 3 Place the warming rack. The warming rack can be folded down by lifting it at the front, pulling it forward, and lowering it so it rests against the back wall.

    CONNECTING GAS FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY TO AVOID SERIOUS DAMAGE TO YOUR BARBECUE AND CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY. HOSE • Connect the gas hose to the gas inlet on the barbecue. Tighten well. • Install the regulator and hose. Follow the installation instructions that came with the controller set.

    If detected leakage cannot be rectified, do not attempt to cure leakage but consult your dea- ler or FCC Products at support@fccbbq.com for help in solving the problem. Leak test must be done regularly and every time the gas cylinder, regulator or hose is replaced.

    LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS LIGHTING THE SIDE BURNER Open the lid of the side burner. 2. Make sure all the burner knobs are in the OFF position. Open the gas valve of the gas cylinder. 3. Press and turn the burner knob slowly to the left, up to the HI position. The electrode prongs will generate a spark to light the burners.

    • We recommend the use of FCC BBQ original covers for the best possible protection against rain, pollen and pollution. Remember that the barbecue must be completely dry and cold before applying the coating. The coating is equally waterproof both ways and moisture on the inside can cause major rust damage on painted and stainless steel surfaces.
