    WARNINGS! ● Accessible parts of the grill become very hot during use. Keep children and others who need supervision at a safe distance. ● The grill is intended for outdoor use only in well-ventilated areas. ● Leak tests (see page 23) must always be carried out before the grill is used and when replacing the gas cylinder.

    TECHNICAL DATA Total Heat input: 16.7kW (main burner 10.5kW + sear burner 3kW= 13.5 kW + side burner 3.2 kW Gas consumption: 1215 gram/hour (main burner/sear: 982 g/h + side burner: 233 g/h) Gas cylinder (not included): Use standard cylinder approved for use in the Nordic Region. Even though butane and propane gas can be used, we recommend propane for use in the Nordic Region.

    If the grill is damaged during transport, do not assemble the grill before contacting your dealer or support@fccproducts.no. Transport damage to parts, varnish or enamel must be reported to the dealer or FCC Products before mounting and using the grill. If damage is reported after, there is a possibility that damage may have occurred during assembly.

  • Page 13 ASSEMBLY Use screw A to assemble the cabinet stiffening board (23) upper to the door girder (22) and left side weld assembly (16); use the screw to assemble the cabinet stiffening board (23) upper to the door girder (22) and right side weld assembly (32). 4PCS Use screw A to assemble the cabinet stiffening scute (26) upper the bottom (27) and left side assembly (16).

  • Page 15 ASSEMBLY Use the screw (A) to assemble the foldable right shelf weld assembly to the main burner assembly (01), shown in the illustration above. × 2PCS Fit the side burner side table by matching the holes of the side table to the three pre-installed screws (M6x16) in the grill body.
  • Page 16 ASSEMBLY Use screw D to assemble the side burner valve assembly (13) and decoration ring (11) to the left side burner assembly, and assemble the knobs (15). 2PCS First, insert the side burner assembly (12) to the side burner valve assembly (13), and then use the screw D to fix it to the side burner assembly.
  • Page 17 ASSEMBLY Put the pot support (14) into the holes of left side burner table. Lay the flame tamers (2) into the body.
  • Page 18 ASSEMBLY Place the cast iron grill (4) and MGS cast iron grill (5) into the firebox. Then place the MGS round cast iron grill (6) into the round opening of the MGS cast iron grill (5). Insert warming rack (3) making sure that the tabs on the warming rack fit into the predrilled holes in the firebox.
  • Page 19 ASSEMBLY Insert the Drip Tray (18) into the bottom of firebox, then put the Grease Cup (20) on the slot shown in illustration. Insert wire shelves (31) in the space between the right side panel (32) and the cabinet divider (17) in the cabinet. Insert the shelves at an angle and attach them to the side walls as shown in the figure.
  • Page 20 ASSEMBLY Fit the doors (28) in the cabinet by inserting the hole in the bottom of the door onto the pin (B). Secure the top of the door by squeezing the spring-loaded tab at the top and slide the door in so the pin hits the hole at the top of the door. Hang the single loop end of matchstick holder (33) onto the screw on right firebox.
  • Page 21 ASSEMBLY Locate the ignitor button on the control panel of the grill. Unscrew the ignitor button. Place AA battery inside the ignitor negative end first. Make sure the spring is located inside the rubber boot of the ignitor button. Screw ignitor button back into place (see illustration). Caution: Do not overtighten the ignitor button.

    CONNECTING GAS FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY TO AVOID SERIOUS DAMAGE TO YOUR GRILL AND CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY. HOSE • Connect the gas hose to the gas inlet on the grill. Tighten well. • Install the regulator and hose. Follow the installation instructions that came with the controller set.

    If detected leakage cannot be rectified, do not attempt to cure leakage but consult your dealer or FCC Products at support@fccproducts.no for help in solving the problem. Leak test must be done regularly and every time the gas cylinder, regulator or hose is replaced.
