ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS - Step 1

Attach Front Stabilizer (No. 21) to Seat Rail (No. 3) with 2 Bolts (No.35), 2 Arc Washers (No. 50), 2 Spring Washers (No. 49), and 2
Nuts (No. 38). Tighten and secure with Spanner (No. 52).

Attach the the Seat Rail (No. 3)Rear Stabilizer (No. 2) with 3 Inner Hex to Screws (No. 40), 3 Spring Washers (No. 49), 2 Flat Washers (No. 46) and 1 Arc Washer (No. 50). Tighten and secure with Allen Wrench (No. 53).

STEP 2:
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS - Step 2

Remove 2 Flat Washers (No 46), 2 Spacers (No. 14) and 2 Inner Hex Screws (No. 40) from Long Shaft (No. 8) with 2 Allen Wrenches (No.53).

Insert Long Shaft (No. 8) into the Seat Rail (No. 3) and insert 2 Spacers (No. 14) that were removed onto the Long Shaft (No. 8) on both ends. Then, slide the Pedals (No. 15L/R) onto each side of the Long Shaft (No. 8). Secure with 2 Flat
Washers (No. 46) and 2 Inner Hex Screws (No. 40) that were removed.
Tighten and secure with 2 Allen Wrenches (No. 53).

Insert the Meter (No. 27) into the meter support on the Seat Rail (No.3). Then, connect the link wire of Sensor (No. 28) with the link wire of Meter (No. 27).

STEP 3:
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS - Step 3

Attach the Left & Right Handlebar (No. 4 & No. 5) to the Connecting Joint (No. 6) with 2 Inner Hex Screws (No. 42), 2 Flat Washers (No. 46), and 2 Nuts (No. 36). Tighten and secure with Spanner (No. 52) and Allen Wrench (No. 53).

Secure the 2 Junction Pieces (No. 7) with 2 Knobs (No. 29).

STEP 4:
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS - Step 4
Remove the tape from the Rollers (No. 34).

Insert the Seat Bracket (No. 1) onto the Seat Rail (No. 3). Insert the Axle (No. 9) into the Seat Rail (No. 3) and secure with the 2 End Caps (No. 17).

The assembly is complete!

BATTERY INSTALLATION

  1. Take out 2 AAA batteries from the meter box.
  2. Press the buckle of the battery cover on the back of the Meter (No. 27), then remove battery cover.
  3. Install 2 AAA batteries into the battery case on the back of the Meter (No. 27). Pay attention to the battery + and – ends before installing.
  4. Press the buckle of the battery cover, then put the battery cover back to the back of the Meter (No. 27).

The installation is complete!

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

  1. Press the buckle of the battery cover on the back of the Meter (No. 27), then remove the battery cover.
  2. Remove the 2 old AAA batteries in the battery case and install 2 new AAA batteries into the battery case on the back of the Meter (No. 27). Pay attention to the battery + and – ends before installing.
  3. Press the buckle of the battery cover, then put the battery cover back to the back of the Meter (No. 27).

The replacement is complete!

warning NOTE: Always change both batteries at the same time. Do not mix battery types and do not mix old and new batteries. Dispose of batteries according to your state and regional guidelines.

ADJUSTING THE RESISTANCE

This rowing machine is designed with 12 levels of resistance. Turn the upper ring on the Hydraulic Cylinder (No. 30) so the arrow points to the desired resistance level, as shown on the drawing.

warning NOTE: Please do not adjust the resistance of the hydraulic cylinder during operation to avoid injury and damage to the rowing machine.


The hydraulic cylinder on this rowing machine is designed to be used up to 20 minutes per exercise session. Allow at least 20 minutes in between sessions for the hydraulic cylinder to properly cool down.


The hydraulic cylinder can generate excessive heat after long periods of use, making it unsafe to touch. Allow the hydraulic cylinder to cool before moving the rowing machine.

FUNCTIONS

SCAN: Displays the functions automatically in the following order shown repeatedly every 6 seconds:
TIME—COUNT—T.COUNT—CAL.

MODE: Press MODE to select and set a function. Press and hold for 3 seconds to reset TIME, COUNT, and CALORIES.

SET: After selecting the function, press SET to set the value of TIME, COUNT, and CALORIES. The meter will countdown the value.

RESET: On set mode, press this button to reset the current value to zero. Press and hold this button for 3 seconds to reset the value of TIME, COUNT, or CALORIES to zero, except Total Count.

warning NOTE:

  • The meter will turn on when you start rowing or when you press a button.
  • After 4 minutes of inactivity, the meter will shut off automatically.
  • If you have problems with the meter display, change the batteries. This meter uses 2 1.5V AAA batteries. Do not mix battery types. When you replace the batteries, replace both at the same time. Do not mix old and new batteries.
  • Dispose of batteries according to the guidelines of your state and region.
  • Replacing the batteries will reset all the values in the meter, including TOTAL COUNT.

  3. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.
  4. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet. To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 2 feet (60 CM) of free space all around it.
  5. Ensure that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened before using the equipment. The safety of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or wear and tear.
  6. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from the equipment during exercise, discontinue use of the equipment immediately and do not use until the problem has been rectified.
  7. Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing that may become entangled in the equipment.
  8. Do not place fingers or objects into the moving parts of the equipment.
  9. The maximum weight capacity of this unit is 350 pounds (158 KG).
  10. The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
  11. To avoid bodily injury and/or damage to the product or property, proper lifting and moving are required.
  12. Your product is intended for use in cool and dry conditions. You should avoid storage in extreme cold, hot or damp areas as this may lead to corrosion and other related problems.
  13. This equipment is designed for indoor and home use only; it is not intended for commercial use.
