EXPLANATION [4]Turn off/disconnect the power supply and switch off the powerpack. Drill a 13 mm hole in the bottom rail. Be careful not to damage the wire inside. [5]Use a bent piece of iron wire to pull the cable from inside the rail through the hole. [6]Cut through the cable.

EXPLANATION [8]Remove the paint from the rail{A}. Position the earth wire between lug and rail{B}. Place stanchion bolt and spacer. Tighten the stanchion-rail bolt [45 Nm | 398 Lb-In]{C}. [9]Feed all the wires into the hole of the rail{A}. Insert the grommet into the hole{B}. Use cable ties to fasten the excessive wires to the stanchion{C}.

EXPLANATION [12]Connect the wires with the repeater PCB. The + and - connections are labelled on the RF Repeater. [13]Set the dipswitch settings on the PCB: each RF remote should have the same dipswitch settings as the RF Repeater. [14]Also the RF receiver should have the same dipswitch settings as the RF Repeater. [15_1]Settings 3 way DIP switch on the repeater: 3 x OFF.
