Page 4 Assembly Step 1 Beginning To begin the assembly, grab the Surface with Tray Assembly and place it upside down on the ground. We recommend ﬂattening the packaging box and using it to place the surface ontop to protect the surface from damage. Step 2 Surface Hinges Align the (2) Surface Hinges with the Surface with Tray Assembly as shown.
Page 5 Assembly Surface/Frame Step 3 Begin by placing the Surface with Tray Assembly upside down with the preinstalled hinges facing up. Align the hinges of the Triade Frame Assembly with the Surface hinges as shown. Secure both assemblies together using (2) 5/16 x 2 1/8” Clevis Pin and (2) Cotter Pins.
Page 6 Assembly Legs Step 5 Align each Leg with the cutout openings on the frame as shown and carefully drop them into place. Note: To do this properly, you will need to push down and then back towards the edge of the frame. Use the arrows as refrence.
Page 7 Assembly Legs Step 7 Align the last Leg Actuator with the frame as shown. Secure the Leg using (4) M6 x 12mm Screws. M6 x 12mm Screw Step 8 Actuator Place the back of the (1) Lift Actuator between the hinge on the Frame as shown. Secure the Actuator using (1) 5/16 x 2 1/8”...
Page 8 Assembly Lift Linkage Assembly Step 9 Align the bracket of (1) Lift Linkage Assembly with the preinstalled Wood inserts on the Surface. Attach using (4) 1/4-20 x 1/2” Button Head Screws. 1/4-20 x 1/2 Button Head Screw Step 10 Lift Actuator Align the Lift Linkage Assembly with both the welded bracket and the Lift Actuator.
Page 9 Assembly Step 11 Repeat Repeat Step 6-8 to install the remaining Lift Actuator and Lift Linkage Assembly to the other side of the frame. Step 12 Triad Base Assembly Insert the (6) Levelers into the Triad Base Assembly then align the holes on the Triad Base Assembly with the holes on the Legs.
Page 10 Assembly Control Switch Step 13 Attach the Control Switch to the dedicated location on the Pencil Tray using (2) 8-32 x 3/4 Flat Head Screw 8-32 x 3/4 Flat Head Screw (2 pc) Step 14 Leg Wiring Find the connecting wire of each Leg in 1, 2 and 3 then connect them all into their respective pre-wired Extensions as shown.
