    REV 01062025 Assembly Step 1 Leg Uprights Attach the Leg Upright to the Foot using Leg Upright (3) 3/8-16 x 2 1/2 Hex Bolts, (3) 3/8-16 Washers and (3) 3/8-16 Hex Nuts as shown. Use the included wrenches to tighten the bolts. Repeat for other side.
  • Page 5 REV 01062025 Assembly Step 3 Casters Casters with brakes Using the same position as the previous step, insert (4) Casters into the feet as shown. Please note: Before continuing on to the next step, make sure the two casters with brakes have the brake ON.
  • Page 6 REV 01062025 Assembly Step 5 Actuators Moving Beam Secure the bottom of the Actuator to the Leg Upright as shown. 12mm Washer First, align the Actuator to the Leg Upright and put (1) Clevis Pin through the holes. Then, put (1) Cotter Pin through the hole of the Clevis Pin.

    REV 01062025 Assembly Step 7 Front Panel Attach the Front Panel to both of the supporting brackets using (4) 8-32 x 3/4” Flat Head Screws (2 screws per side). 8-32 x 3/4 Flat Head Screw Step 8 Top Surface Top Surface Place the Top Surface on top of the supporting brackets and the Front Panel.

    REV 01062025 Assembly Step 11 Bottom Surface Bottom Surface Attach the Bottom Surface to the Moving Beams using (4) 50mm Furniture Bolts as shown. Then, use (4) 1/4-20 x 1/2” Truss Head Screws to fasten the Bottom Surface onto the Front Panel as shown.

  • Page 11 REV 01062025 Assembly Foundry Wiring Place the control box inside the center panel as shown before beginning the wiring steps. Connect the Left Actuator directlly to the L1 port on the control box. Untie the twist tie to fully extend the actuator wire.

Connect the end of the extension cable (circle in red) to the HC port of the control box. Similar to the previous step, extend the Power Box through the middle panel towards the control switch. Connect the end of the Y-Split cable to a 12V port on the Power Box and another end to corresponding end of the control switch.
